Return & Exchange Policy
1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
As all products are made-to-measure (Bespoke/MTM), we apply a specialized policy:
Customers are advised to inspect the product upon receipt and may request a return/exchange in the following cases:
- The product does not match the type or design specified in the order or displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
- The quantity is incorrect or the set is incomplete as stated in the order.
- External damage such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.
- Returned/exchanged items must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all tags, labels, and original invoice included.
- Customers are responsible for providing relevant proof to support any claim for return/exchange.
2. Notification & Timeframe for Returns/Exchanges
- Notification period: within 48 hours from receiving the product in case of missing accessories, gifts, or damaged items.
- UNLIM policy applies only to products delivered to the registered purchase address.
- For online purchases, exchanges must follow the guidance of our online sales team. The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value. If the new product is of lower value, no refund will be provided.
- One product cannot be exchanged for multiple products. Items discounted over 30% are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchange/return timeframe: within 3 days for in-store purchases and 5 days for online purchases.
- Return/Exchange location: Customers may bring products directly to our store/office or send them via postal service.
